Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Witdiy purchase. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- —Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- —All original tags must be attached
- —Items must be in their original packaging
- —Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- —Sale items and items purchased with a promotional discount of 40% or more
- —Intimates, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- —Gift cards
- —Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- —Items returned after the 30-day return window
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Receive Return Label
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label. Drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
4. Refund Processing
Upon approval of your return, refunds are processed as follows:

Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on full-price items. To exchange an item, initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the correct size. We will prioritize processing your new order and waive any additional shipping charges. If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
7. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. If you are unsatisfied with our response to your return or refund request, we encourage the following process:

- —If unresolved, escalate to our Customer Relations Manager at [email protected]
- —For payment disputes, you may contact your bank or payment provider to initiate a chargeback, though we ask that you contact us first
- —For unresolved disputes, binding arbitration may be pursued in accordance with our Terms of Service
